The Water Horse Nominated for Visual Effects Awards

The Visual Effects Society (VES) announced the nominees for the 6th Annual VES Awards ceremony recognizing outstanding visual effects in over a dozen categories of film, television, commercials and video games – and Weta Digital’s work on Waterhorse – Legend of The Deep – has been nominated for two of these awards!

Weta Digital has been nominated in the following categories:

The IMAGINA AWARDS Prize Giving Ceremony will take place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco on Thursday 31st January 2008, and the 6th Annual VES Awards will take place on Feb. 10, 2008 at the Kodak Theatre Grand Ballroom in Hollywood.
