How to Eat Fried Worms DVD

Dig in to the delicious family comedy How to Eat Fried Worms as it arrives on DVD December 5, 2006, from New Line Home Entertainment. A classic coming-of-age story, the movie follows new-kid-in-school Billy as he is challenged by the classroom bully to eat ten worms in one day. As the unappetizing moment of truth nears, Billy must decide just how much he is willing to stomach to become popular.

Based on the best-selling, award-winning book by Thomas Rockwell, the film stars Tom Cavanagh (TV’s Ed, TV’s Scrubs), Kimberly Williams-Paisley (Father of the Bride, TV’s According to Jim), Luke Benward (Because of Winn-Dixie) and Hallie Kate Eisenberg (The Insider, 2004’s The Goodbye Girl). In order to save face and earn the respect of his new classmates, Billy agrees to a bet that requires him to eat 10 worms in one day. As the pressure mounts, Billy must summon all his strength to keep his younger brother from blabbing, his weak stomach from betraying him and his big mouth from getting him in even more trouble!
