Chris Tomlin talked, on August 10, 2006, about a song that he wrote after talking to someone working on the film “Amazing Grace,” which comes out in February of 2007. The person asked him if he could take the song “Amazing Grace” and add to it. He said that would be impossible, but later, the words just came to him.
